How do I send a remittance from a Dahabshiil Agent location?
Find an agent location. Visit your Dahabshiil agent, bringing a form of photo identification with you. Send a remittance. We will notify your beneficiary through a text message once the funds have arrived.
You will be required to provide a valid ID and additional documentation if applicable.
How much funds can I transfer?

How can I pay for a money transfer?
For remittances sent from UK Dahabshiil Agents, the following payment methods are accepted: Individual customers can pay by cash and card payment Non-personal clients (such as Corporates and Charities) can pay by electronic payments (Bank transfers to designated client accounts).
When will the money be available to my receiver?
Remittances are usually processed within a few minutes (subject to all AML checks being completed). For bank transfers and mobile money (such as e-Dahab) pay-outs, transactions are automatically paid to the beneficiary’s bank account or e-Wallet. For cash pickup transactions, the beneficiary of the remittance can collect it immediately from a local pay out partner.
